How Many Years Do I Have To Wait For My Insurance To Go Down? Car Insurance In Ohio?

I had 3 moving violations before age 18 and I just got my license back after I turned 19. Currently I have my driver's license and no car now because I can not afford insurance. How long have to wait for accidents to 'shoot' the price of your insurance? This is in Ohio, could be different in other states.
