How Would I Go About Finding A Good Psychiatrist In Columbus, Ohio? Does Insurance Cover These Types Of Things?

I was wondering whats a good way to find a psychiatrist. I am more wanting someone who doesn’t work in a hospital. I remember when I was younger we used to go to someone’s house, where she practiced. And also, being a college student I am not by any means wealthy. does insurance cover these costs, or at least to some point? How would I be able to go about paying for this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
