Is My All State Car Insurance Premium Too Expensive In Atlanta?

I live in the Atlanta area. My car is a Toyota Corolla 2005 with 35k miles on it. Only the drive to work. I never had an accident. Now my cousin's half-year rose to $ 520. This is even more than the gas I paid for my year and a half. My coverage is only very standard coverage. Is it too expensive for a car of 2005?
