Searching For An Insurance Office In North Phoenix?

Hi!I used to live in Phoenix AZ now i am back in Germany. Back then i got auto insurance with a nice agent originally from Denver CO. The area is somewhere around 5800E between Bell and Thunderbird it is only the general area. The insurance was from State Farm yet she does not show up when i search for state farm. Her office is located in a Suite at least it used to be back then. Maybe somebody knows her and can pass me the address,thx!
